Armistice Day Centenary: On 11th Nov, Dunshaughlin Historical Society, with the involvement of students from the Community College will mark the ending of the Great War a century ago. At 11 o’clock, bells will ring in the village followed by a two minute silence and a short ceremony to respectfully remember those who died on all sides of World War 1. Immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Hall there will be a display and short talks on the local war experience with music from that time and refreshments. All welcome.

Meath Diocesan Pilgrimage to Holy Land  2019: Bishop Deenihan will lead the 2019 Meath Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Holy Land from November 4th – 12th. Full details will be available shortly. Shoe Box appeal: This year we will be collecting filled shoeboxes for the Team Hope Christmas shoebox appeal. Leaflets are available at the back of the church with ideas of items to put in the boxes.  Please return boxes to the Pastoral Centre by the 9th of Nov.
