Return to Mass – After June 29th

We look forward to welcoming parishioners back to Mass in our Churches.
A preparation committee has been set up and will meet shortly. The committee will consider the Framework Document and Guidelines issued by the Bishops Conference.
Next week we will have full details in the Parish bulletin and on our website, with regard to times of Masses, where to sit, social distancing, receiving Holy Communion, sanitising, safety measures and so on.

Feast of Corpus Christi

Many of us have missed Holy Communion during these days of lockdown. As we prepare to receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist soon, let us reflect on the word of Jesus.

‘‘Take this all of your and eat of it for this is my body, this is by blood
Do this in memory of me’’‘
‘‘I am the living bread which has come down from heaven for
‘‘The bread that I shall give is my flesh, the life of the world’’
‘‘Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me
and I live In them’’
‘‘For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink’’
‘‘As the living Father sent me and I draw life from the Father,
so whoever eats me will draw life from me’’’
‘‘ The blessing cup that we bless is a communion with the blood of Christ
and the bread that we break is a communion with the body of Christ’’
